Managing Partners are Jan Lotto, President/CEO Southern California & Western Arizona, Jim Marullo, Vice President/Sales Southern California & Western Arizona & Brad Bastyr Vice President/CFO Southern California & Aaron Lotto Director of Finance & Operations.
Jan Lotto Jan Lotto was in broad-line foodservice distribution for over 30+ years both in the Colorado and Southern California markets. Jan served as Vice President of Sales as well as President with large national/regional foodservice companies.
Jim Marullo Jim Marullo has extensive experience in the broadline foodservice distribution industry. Jim has been a respected and dominant player in the Coachella Valley in both sales and management for the past 40+ years.
Brad Bastyr Brad Bastyr was in the broadline foodservice distribution for over 25+ years in the Southern California market. Brad has held the position of Vice President of Finance with a large national/regional foodservice company.
Aaron Lotto has been with Fulton Distributing for the past 20+ years as Director of Operations, with the last 8 years serving also as the Director of Finance. Throughout his tenure, Aaron has developed a strategic warehouse design for an efficient warehouse operation and delivery team, including the expansion of routes from the high desert and mountain areas to Yuma, Arizona. As Director of Finance, Aaron oversees all accounting, payroll and financial needs of the company.
Salina Marquez Salina Marquez oversees the Customer Service Department. She comes with a broad experience of management for a large business retailer with 16 years of experience.
Melissa Nelson Melissa Nelson oversees the Purchasing Department and has an extensive knowledge after served over 9 years in the hospitality industry. She is native to the Coachella Valley and is able to provide valuable knowledge to assist in all markets served.

Curtis Crawford joined Fulton Distributing in 2020, he brings with him over 25 years’ experience in sales and management.  Prior to working for Fulton Distributing he began his career just out of high school in sales. A local distribution company, there he worked for 6 years perfecting his craft in sales. After 6 years, he moved on to a regional distribution company. There he began his 20 year long career. Curtis then moved into a Regional Sales position where he covered Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada as well as a team of 12 sales reps and 20 merchandisers. Upon joining Fulton Distributing, he brings that same sales experience and attention to detail that will provide each one of our customers with the excellent service that is expected.

Frank Sequeira Frank Sequeira has served as a sales professional in the Coachella Valley for 25+ years. He has vast product knowledge and conducts top-notch training programs emphasizing on attention to detail and productivity. He is active in the community and creates lasting relationships with all of his customers assisting them with finding the perfect solutions to all of their Janitorial, Cleaning Equipment and training needs. 
  David Reynolds has been in the food service packaging industry for over 25 years throughout the westcoast and midwest markets.  David has held various sales management positions with an emphasis on national account management.  Exceling in creating and implementing market strategies that produce consistent results, as well as selling and closing deals through the consultative sales approach.
Mary Perales oversees the Accounting Department and has a considerable measure of knowledge in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Vendor Rebates for 7+ years. She achieved her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degree in Business Management. She continues to strengthen her accounting practices to provide our customers’ and vendors’ with accurate accounting information. 
  John Trudeau oversees the Marketing and IT Department with over 10+ year experience, with his degree in network technology and web & graphic design, with the added experience of mobile application and customer online ordering.
  Budd Andaya is the Operations Manager and has been with Fulton Distributing since 2016. With 20+ years experience in inventory control and customer service, he manages the warehouse and driving teams as well as the fleet of delivery trucks. Budd has developed and maintained personal and effective business relationships with vendors and customers alike. .
These individuals possess the expertise and skills necessary to continue taking Fulton Distributing Company to new levels of product offerings while providing our customers with superior customer service.
